ordered pizza. too lazy to cook and frigde is empty anyway. going to watch the very last stargate sg-1 episode. spent the last weeks occasionally watching the whole series. might have to watch stargate atlantis next. and the movies. but exams are coming up so I'll be busy with reading and studying and translating Latin to German and vice versa and what not.

started to read Stiller by Max Frisch. yes I finally started to read some German "classic" literatur again. I noticed that I haven't read much yet this year and it's already June! this cannnot be tolerated! next on the list is to finish Karl Kraus' Dritte Walpurgisnacht. and there's still much to be read from my reading list for the Deutsche Literaturgeschichte 1500-1848 examn... for which I'll hopefully can still get an apointment with the Prof to actually take the exam........ as it is a course from last term.... LAZY ME! oh well...

so now that I've finally seen the whole of House MD seasons 1 and 2 (yes I'm - as usually - far behind...)

I started to rewatch (via veoh) Due South (recently watched the pilot and now 1x06) - aww the reminiscing! and even though I watched this first when I'd been about 11 years old (an age shortly before discovering homoeroticism and before fangirling over shonen-ai and yaoi and subtexts anywhere excessively) I remember that I always thought that Fraser and Ray feel quite like there was romance in the air... [and besides: a great thing about watching Due South now, is that

truepenny (Sarah Monette) has written a short comment/analysis for each episode, ongoing.]

besides that i watch (also via veoh) Freaks and Geeks. I haven't yet decided what to think of it. I don't do teenage-drama/comedy or coming of age stuff well. young ignorant kids that bully the weaker ones just annoy me to no end. but we'll see about that one. It seems geeky enough to amuse me.

the epilogue is nauseating. it's over thank heavens. now I can fully concentrate on AU Snarrys for the rest of my fangirly life.

I can't even start to elaborate my disgust with what she did to Snape. I've read ff handling him better. but then again she changed his character throughout the whole series so many times that it doesn't really matter either way.

[and don't get me started on the fact that Hermione did all the "cooking" during their little quests in the woods, this was major fail there.]

though I really couldn't care less I have to ask: was the whole slaughtering necessary?

the rest of the book was tolerable, I haven't been bored like I was with the 6th book.
